1. Agreement to Terms

(b) Ownership of Final Deliverables: We retain full ownership of all concepts, drafts, and working files. Upon receipt of final payment from you, ownership of the final, approved deliverables will be transferred to you. Until final payment is made, we retain all rights to the work.

(c) Portfolio and Promotional Use: You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display the work created for you (such as website designs, branding, and campaign assets) in our portfolio, case studies, and other marketing materials for promotional purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary materials (“Client Content”), access, and feedback required for us to perform the services in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, brand guidelines, copy, and access to necessary accounts. We are not responsible for project delays caused by your failure to provide these items. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide the Client Content to us.

5. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge that while we will use our professional expertise to achieve the best possible outcome, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results. Marketing and search engine performance are influenced by many external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor actions.

The digital landscape is constantly evolving. While initial website design and SEO are foundational, sustained performance requires ongoing effort. To help your website continue to rank effectively on SERPs, we offer optional Website Maintenance plans after the initial project is complete. These plans are designed to provide ongoing SEO optimization, content updates, and technical maintenance to adapt to the changing digital environment.

6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other social media or advertising networks. We are not liable for any service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, or performance issues related to these third-party platforms.

7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. You agree not to interfere with the security-related features of the Site, engage in any automated use of the system like data mining, or use the Site for any illegal purpose.

8. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times and may experience interruptions or delays.

9. Governing Law
